This particular post is all about #Anthem. It's another Bioware game that I want to be really excited for but because of #Andromeda, I'm a bit hesitant about my excitement. But hey, let's just indulge.
I like the idea of this! Basically you put on some heavy duty armor called Javelin, four classes of said armors, then you go explore the world. Blow things up, avoid dangerous terrain and weather, then go back to the hub and talk to people. I simplified it to the point of it sounding boring, but we all know how these kinds of games work. Now the gameplay is already compelling. All the things about using different classes of Javelins, co-op at any time, then an open world both horizontally and vertically, it really does have some promising qualities about it. How's the story though, right?
Scheduled for 02/22/2019, I'm sure there will be more updates as we get closer to release date. With all the games I decided to buy right off the get go this year, I think I'm going to be a bit more reserved next year.
