Another #commission here that is 'render' based. This wonderful commission is done by none other than a fellow DeviantArtist, Iorel-San. Now I want to talk about something else aside from the lovely damsels from Final Fantasy (Dissidia NT): Terra Branford of FFVI and Tifa Lockhart of FFVII.
Renders have a bit of a small shade from what i have learned being in DeviantArt. Some people don't consider it 'art' in the same sense as someone drawing something, and to that, I get the idea. The idea is that they are 'using' models provided by the official game (Square Enix, for this case). Some renderers just use stock items provided, while some, like Iorel-Renders and Snadiya sculpt their own. True, Iorel may NOT have made these lovely models, but believe me, this guy SPENDS A LOT of time with his stuff to give it an 'organic' look. The lighting, the way the ropes are positioned, understanding of creating a story within the picture. If there is ANY doubt, look at his page.
There's a difference between him and MOST renderers out there.
And believe me, I'm not trying to bad mouth other renderers. I can't do it. That's why I pay artists and to me, Iorel DOES art.
Now, with all that said and done, there is a nifty story I have in mind for this. Yes, has everything to do with #Dissidia_NT shenanigans. I love that game still.
Well, that's about it for this #commission. It's been dry for a while when it comes to #collecting, but at least commissioning is alive, right? Believe me, I ain't done!
