Listen to My Story...

Yes, another one from The Nightmare Before Christmas! It is Spooky Season, so it only makes sense that the POPs lean into the theme. Basically, don’t be Shocked. Anyway, let’s review this POP. Shock is part of a good set. We are looking for a Sally, so this set might provide! Not a bobblehead It’s pretty easy to see that Shock is a witch — a devious little creature who’s always in the Halloween spirit. Her design is fairly simple, and her POP does exactly what it’s meant to d

Another Ghost Face POP?! Yes. Unintentionally bought and giving my other Ghost Face POP a buddy. Welps, let's get into the review of this POP, shall we? Funny enough, Ghost Face is getting a handful of variant POPs. Most keep him in this pose while changing the face, colors, and items he is holding. Neat little gimmick that piques a bit of my interest. Not a bobblehead A killer dressed in all black while hiding his face behind a mask. Of course, the original isn’t this goofy,

It's Halloween month, folks! Time to get more spooky POPs in the collection. Let's start with a side character from The Nightmare Before Christmas whose fame isn't exactly groundbreaking. The cool factor is that he isn't hyper-popular and, at the moment, he isn't played out. One of the three I'm reviewing this month: let's take a look at Barrel, one of the Trick-or-Treating Trio. Let's see if his POP lives up to his movie counterpart. Yes! Glows in the Dark! This wave is actu

What can I say except… another POP review! Yes, that’s right — it’s a Kakamora named Kotu, one of the coconut humanoids from Moana. So without further ado, let’s take a look at this POP, shall we? While the Kakamora were definitely in the first Moana, Kotu didn't actually appear until Moana 2 as one of the crew members who helped Moana in that forgettable sequel. So, yeah, this wave is wrong in that aspect. Not a bobblehead Honestly, this character’s POP version looks a lot l

Last Time on VR Troopers... What do we have here? Another Kaitlin Star in the mix? Yes. Our favorite VR Trooper is back with the green barrel. This time, Adagadegelo shares their talent to reunite Kaitlin with her green barrel! And my, oh my, does she not look great in it? Normally, this would be the 15th take, but with the variants, I don't think I can properly make it an official retake of Kaitlin's Front Page. But it is a nice homage to certain episodes. Digging for Fire a

It’s been a while since Power Rangers were featured on this channel! Let it be known that I’m still a fan, so here we are. This one’s a gift from my girlfriend — a Bitty POP inside a Bitty Bot. Let’s go check it out! It's got instructions! Imagine that! Not a bobblehead It’s been a while since Power Rangers were featured on this channel! Let it be known that I’m still a fan, so here we are. This one’s a gift from my girlfriend — a Bitty POP inside a Bitty Bot. Let’s go check

Arlen's Crusade isn't just about tying up sexy damsels and leaving them in Distress. It's also about making right what once went wrong. And, of course, leave it to Llythium-Art to make it an amazing piece of work! Folks, let's see what if Arlen had a hand in how the Amazing Spider-Man 2 ended. It starts like a normal Crusade, doesn't it? Arlen is doing the usual thing while forgetting to give our girl Gwen Stacy a proper tight gag. If this page sequence is familiar, Telikor's

Another headcanon scenario that involves Kaitlin once again getting herself into peril is set not too long after her Front Page story shenanigans. Kaitlin Star does like to get herself into situations, and this is certainly a very familiar one! Night-Glare is an artist I have worked with before. This time around, they were offering a YCH Chair tie commission, and when I saw the TNT, I immediately thought this would be perfect for the Epilogue Kaitlin Star, so here we are! The

Another Bullseye cosplay in POP form joining the fray! This time around, it's Bullseye dressing up as Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story! This is, of course, my girlfriend's, and I wanna review this little thing to see how adorable it is. Let's get started. There were only two (as far as I know) from Toy Story that Bullseye cosplayed as. Buzz being the second one in the collection. Not a bobblehead This POP is another one of those releases that leans more toward exclusive collecto

07.28.1941 - 08.26.2026 Another great one passed us by. Peter Cullen, the legendary voice of Optimus Prime, passed away. 2026 is something else... keeps taking away legends. I'm not the biggest Transformers fan, but Transformers is part of my childhood. I remember watching the show as a kid, and Optimus Prime himself is so iconic that the Autobot followed me through the years. And while I've always been more on the Beast Wars side, Optimus Prime was the core of Optimus Primal

A cute little POP that my girlfriend got herself! Bullseye, the Target mascot, has had some pretty cool collaborations with other IPs, and this time Woody from Toy Story is the cosplay of the day. So let’s take a look at this POP, shall we? This one came out during the Toy Story 5 run, so Target is doing a solid job with the cross-promotion. Not a bobblehead Woody has a pretty distinct look, and anatomy-wise, Bullseye and Woody couldn’t be farther apart — one is a lanky class

Okay! So this weekend, Frozen 3 was officially announced at D23! We got new outfits, concept art, possible story details… and a true villain reveal? Yes! The last time we heard anything substantial about Frozen 3 was at D23 2024, and even then it was mostly just “we’re working hard on it.” This year, though, they actually delivered. We got a full-blown teaser trailer (even if it hasn’t been officially released to the public yet) and a sneak peek at one of Elsa’s new outfits.

With all the Stitch POPs we've collected over the years, we finally have a Lilo in the mix! And it's the most standard, classic, accurate Lilo POP that one needs in their Lilo & Stitch collection, for sure. She found it at a convention we attended, and I just had to get it for her! So this one, I'm pretty excited to review. So let's get to it then! That Stitch Elvis looks interesting. Not sure if Scrump is something my Girlfriend would want, though. Not a bobblehead Lilo has

Another Disney “princess” that doesn’t get the credit she deserves! And another POP that my girlfriend got for herself — I’m glad she did. She hardly spoils herself, so seeing her treat herself is always nice. But let’s go ahead and take a look at this POP and see how it turned out, shall we? A very small series with Quasimodo and Esmeralda with Djali. I think my Girlfriend is just going to stay with Esmeralda. Not a bobblehead! Esmeralda has a few outfits throughout the movi

Last Time on VR Troopers... It's been some time, right? But our Little Journalist isn't going to leave 2026 without some bomb peril that only she can really pull off. She doesn't have much time left, but she has all the time in the world, right? SantanaWind definitely is an artist I am honored to have worked with again. They were pretty happy to join in adding more to Kaitlin Star's shenanigans in her endeavor to get her on the front page. All in all, the afternoon setting, t

Lightning vs Elsa - Round Two It's not exactly Christmas in July or anything, but I am here to say goodbye to July with just a few random DiDs. A few of these characters have tickled my fancy one way or another, so they will be featured. As for y'all, enjoy! That strap in between--I don't think, as far as I've read, Emp EVER addresses when she gets one. Hahah noobs. Gag-talk fluent, Ms. Powers is! Ya know, she's had a ton of gag experience throughout her series. It's amazing,

This is my Girlfriend's POP! Her Disney characters vary from the obscure to the popular Disney properties. I'd definitely say that Oliver & Company was one of those Disney movies that belongs in the obscure category since not a lot of folks talk about it. Glad they are getting some POPs because this movie is part of Disney's footnote within the animated media. So let's take a look at how Dodger w/ Oliver POP came out, shall we? There are only two in this set, and they came in

Except for the Zords (which I'm still holding out hope they are going to release), all the Zeo Rangers are here! So let's see how the Pink Ranger fares compared to her fellow Rangers in POP form, eh? The last of the set! Saving the best for last? Not a bobblehead It was always going to be hard shoes to fill when you have to step up after the 90s-every-boy’s-crush, Kimberly Hart. And it wasn’t just the looks that made her special — Kimberly actually had a real character arc, g

Oh, yes. Rocky DeSantos. The second Red and second Blue Ranger of the MMPR era (I don't tend to count the Alien Rangers). Let's see what his POP Zeo Ranger Blue looks like. Let's go! Second to the last one of this crew! So far, I've liked this set. Not a Bobblehead Rocky had the daunting task of taking over as the Red Ranger after Jason. Then, when he became the Blue Ranger for the Zeo team, he had to live up to Billy’s legacy in that color. Hate to say it, but Rocky was neve

Continuing the set! This time we’re going with Zeo’s Yellow Ranger: Tanya Sloan. I’m really excited to review this one because the promotional images immediately caught my attention with that pose. So without further delay, let’s get into it! No Zords or baddies for this set either. No gonna say that's bumming since my wallet isn't going to take an extra hit, but I always like Zord POPs. Not a bobblehead. Unfortunately, Tanya Sloan isn’t a Ranger I’m too familiar with. After
