Commission: Arlen's Crusade (Bulma)

We have another addition to Arlen's Crusade, Season 2! This time, Ms. Sirushi got herself another classic anime gal: Bulma from the Dragon Ball series! I know, a bit risky for Arlen considering the power levels there, but how can one ignore a cutie like Bulma? Also, now Arlen has a wish to make, too, right?
