Commission: Arlen's Crusade (Ganyu)

It took a bit, but Arlen finally managed to visit Ganyu and include her within the Crusade's long list. And, yes, those blank tendrils are very familiar, ain't they? Our little goat girl is not having a good time under Ms. Sirushi's watch. Well, guess she and Lauma have something else in common other than having animal horns on their cute little heads!
