I may not have said this enough but here it is: I adore Elsa and every dress she wears. One of my favorite outfits she has is her "Winter Celebration" dress from the infamous(for some reason) Olaf's Frozen Adventure short. Festive and very Elsa-like. I love the dark colors and I do love her presence in that short. That became a classic Christmas special for me (I know! Talking about Christmas at this time of the year!). At any rate, I just had to #commission Elsa while wearing this dress! And NOPEYS is a talented artist that definitely has the magic to make it all happen! Hoping this cool commission helps with this summer heat!
