Adventures in FFXIV are rare to non-existent as of late. As if it's on the death door, eh? Well, it's time to get back into some small FFXIV shenanigans with a new glamour from the Cutest WoL, A'rlen Sirushi!
Death Conductor
I know! It's like she came from some 2000s emo rock band. It's a pretty simple look: short sleeve button, red necktie, long gloves, tight jeans, and boots--an absolute look of the time; dare I say it's got a chemistry that induces romance in the younglings. That's not to say that an Eorzean fashion statement as simple as this would be insipid and lack any kind of flare.
She got horns! But despite having those, this outfit is still pretty grounded and it's something I can imagine that can be worn as an outfit without trying too hard to lean on the idea of cosplay.
Colors are black and red. You can't go wrong. The necktie has a red fade, adding a good contrast to the dominantly black attire.
A'rlen's hair is, of course, a good match for this outfit.
I wanted to give A'rlen a simple Scythe to use for this outfit. Of course, a good glow would fit well for a good contrast.
Oh yes, this Miqo'te has her claws out with this glam.
The Reaper's companion looks so outrageous and extreme next to A'rlen's mundane and grounded outfit. Yes, this Goth Gal can summon a very demonic creature still!
I recently acquired the Shadow Gwiber and it makes sense that A'rlen in her Reaper outfit would be riding the Dark Dragon.
While it's a good-looking outfit, it's not going to be A'rlen's main glam for the Reaper job. The Angel of Death glam will be Ms. Sirushi's main look. Now I know I haven't played FFXIV as passionately as I did during 2021 - 2022, but I will seldom visit and grab a mount or two here and there. The Death Conductor may not be getting a lot of screen time but it is another glam for A'rlen's journey as a Reaper.
Here's to hoping I find it in me to get into Dawntrail though!
