Another MHA POP I picked up in 2025! This one is special because it represents a significant part of Himiko’s arc. It’s also a POP Plus, so there’s more going on here than with your standard release. I was pretty excited for this one, so without further ado, let’s get into the review!

I'm hoping this isn't the final wave of MHA POPs since they have so much more they can do. That Midoriya might be something I'd want to pick up. Eventually.

Not a bobblehead
Not a bobblehead

Toga is usually seen wearing her schoolgirl uniform—or, in some cases, someone else’s skin… or nothing at all. I had my eye on a particular Himiko Toga POP for a while, but once I saw this one, I knew it was the one to get—even if it’s not the classic Toga look we’ve all come to recognize and love.

This POP captures a powerful moment from the final season that truly reflects her arc and her connection to a close ally from the League of Villains: Twice, the man with the duplicating quirk. It recreates the “Sad Man’s Parade,” and while the focus is clearly on Toga, the small Twice duplicates forming the base add a lot of emotional weight. Toga’s outfit itself is a distorted version of Twice’s, which sharply contrasts her usual attire (or lack thereof).

The sculptwork is excellent—the movement in her hair, the muddy remnants of Twice, and the goo-like effects behind her all look fantastic. Overall, this POP does a great job capturing a key moment and saying a lot about both Toga and Twice’s final moments.

The pose is definitely one of this POP’s strongest qualities. Riding the wave of Twice’s clones, Toga is captured mid-run, leading the charge into the chaos that a duplicating army creates. Her hair flows with motion, the goo-like effects trail behind her, and the Twice clones beneath her move with real conviction. The attention to detail in both her pose and the Twices below adds a strong sense of motion and energy, giving this POP a very dynamic presence.

For a schoolgirl, Toga’s colors are actually quite muted compared to her usual look. In this scene, she’s mostly wearing Twice’s outfit, which sticks to a monochrome palette of gray, black, and white. Toga’s version is more warped, though, reflecting the process of her morphing into Twice while still retaining her own identity. All of that—along with her hair and eye colors—is nicely captured in the paint job. I really have no complaints here.

So much movement! A lot of drama in this one particular POP of Toga.

The one thing about this pOP is that it's almost a Toga & Twice POP. Those mini Twice popping out from beneath really gives this that POP-Plus feel. Worth the price of admission for me.

One day, I'm going to get an updated POP of Deku that's based on the later seasons. For now, this is a good-looking pair.

Oh, these two! Such a lovely couple, aren't they? Both POPs do look good together, even if Uravity's POP is a bit more on the plain side.

I don't think Toga would care much for Mina and Jiro. Though I'd figure that the girls would have a hard time with Toga's psychotic nature.

It’s easy to just pick up any of the other Himiko Toga POPs, but truth be told, this particular one carries much more weight because of the story behind it and the moment it represents from the final season. There’s clearly a lot of work put into her—great sculptwork, an awesome pose, and spot-on coloring. This one is an easy recommendation. As one of my favorite MHA characters, this POP does both Toga and Twice justice. Awesome stuff!

Until Next Time!
