Yes, another addition to the Spider-verse wall. And, yes, it's another Spider-Gwen. This one's got a pretty cool pose, so she was (sort of) a must. With that said, let's get into the review, shall we?

This Gwen is an exclusive, so her pic won't appear on this wave that she's supposedly part of. Truth be told, I'm not interested in anything else when it comes to this series.

I like how Funko added Gwen's multiversal wrist strap.

Gwen's look as Ghost-Spider (Spider-Gwen) is pretty iconic now. A relatively new character but got catapulted into mainstream, this Spider-Woman version of Gwen does have her quirks that makes her standout from the rest, and when they did her for the movie, she's even more awesome (Hailee Steinfeld is a great VA for her but would've preferred Emma Stone). The POPs that came for her are a mix bag and mostly good, and for this one, I'd say it's got a lot of good things going for her. The pose is the first one that's going to stand out since it's Gwen in the classic Spidey pose. The supside down look didn't hinder the details on her sculpt. Her hood drooping dwon from gravitiy, her skin-tight suit still hugging her body, the bright teal chucks on her feet sculpted nicely and the web... looking a bit too stiff, but still does it's job. No real complaints when it comes to this department.

Yes, the classic and iconic pose that Spidey does has been passed on to his variants. And, might I add, Gwen pulls it off. Like usual with a pose like this, the stand would have to be built as a thicker, more prominent part of the display. I can't complain since the stand does the job, and we have another Spider person hanging upside down before she begins fighting crime.

The colors are just fine. Standard expected work from Funko. And since they've done a whole lot of Gwens before this POP, I'd say that they managed to replicate their part efforts. The added portal wristband is also a nice touch in terms of attention to detail. Can't remember what they look like in the movie, but I'm just glad she has it on her wrist and it's super visible.

I have a comic book Spider-Gwen POP too, which, honestly, would look a bit more consistent visually since she is masked.

Being able to shoot out web and hang upside down could prevent bridge accidents. I'd say too soon, but Gwen's been offed for decades now.... argh, there's a "Gwenpool" Gwen Stacy out there...

The two look adorable together! I'd see a ship of these two, for sure. Of course, a much older Spider-Gwen. They can have a recreation of this moment.

If any Spider-Gwen fans still exist out there, this is a pretty amazing POP. Takes a familiar pose and gives it a Gwen Stacy spin, and it's money. Good details, awesome pose, and more than adequate paint job... I say a good recommendation. If anything else, it adds more dynamics to your Spider-verse collection in terms of pose.

Until Next Time!
