Another one entering the Spiderverse collection! This time around, it is Miguel O'Hara in his brand new (sort of) suit! Gone is the blue and red, and he's got a new red, white, and black suit to replace it! How is it as a POP? Let's find out!

Part of the Spider-Man PS4 Gamerverse collection! I do remember using this suit but mostly stayed with the original Spidey 2099 outfit. It's not a bad look but it definitely didn't stick long enough to have an impact.

The eyes, the logo, and the spikey gauntlets are the only elements that stayed with this new suit; otherwise, it's a brand new color scheme and some new layers to give it an 'armor' look. He also has jets on his boots, web wings, so basically, Batman Beyond, eh? As far as aesthetics, I prefer the classic 2099 Spidey, but there is something to like in this outfit, and the way the POP made this suit is actually something I can appreciate, too! Lots of sculpt work. The eyes, the spider logo, all sculpted rather than painted in. That kind of effort always impresses me. Then the finer details like lines, armor layers, texture, it's all present with this POP. It really makes this POP look amazing!

The pose is dynamic, and it is supported by the figure base. Wouldn't be the first pose I was thinking with this 2099 suit, but it works well enough.

The colors are also part of this POP's strength. The white and black are there; the white could've been a bit brighter, but I suppose the off-white look isn't bad, just not how I would picture it. But the metallic red for the logo, the gauntlets, the eyes, and other areas--that's something, and it helps really make this POP have that much more depth. The strange, bright blue that comes with the design is also present.

Hard to imagine that the Spider-Man PS4 game was 7 years ago. Funny how this 2099 suit is cemented inside that game.

A strange lineup of Spider-Men, that's for sure. They're all on the lighter colored side of the costume gallery, so it's fitting I put them next to each other.

Not a bad looking suit, definitely not my favorite out of the two Miguel has. A decent POP with a lot of good sculpting, so a lot to appreciate. Could've had a better pose and the white looks a bit off, but all in all, it's a winner. A must? Nah. For my Spider-Verse collection, is it a must? Yeah. It's gifted to me by the special person in my life, so I'm even happier to have this Spidey 2099 in my collection!
Until Next Time!
