Storm! Mistress of the Elements! And the last herald of my Christmas 2025 POPs. I know it's past the 25th, but let us enjoy the last few days of December, shall we? Let's get to the review.

This was a fun set for sure. Let's see if Ororo can take this set home!

While Storm has worn a multitude of outfits throughout the years, her white/silver costume from the '90s definitely stands out, thanks to the X-Men animated series, and I'd like to say, is because of her run under Jim Lee's guiding hand. So it's no surprise that it's this outfit that gets the Christmas spirit! Ororo gets boots, gloves, and a beanie added to her classic threads. The beanie, in particular, gets a lot of attention to detail. It looks like knitted headwear, and it's amazing how much work was put into it. The sculpting on the plastic really makes it look like she has a knitted beanie; it's really impressive. The little ball on her head, too! Her other accessories, like her boots and gloves, have the winter theme flavor on the mand; they're done well. Everything else with Storm's costume remains relatively the same-- okay, her cape is a bit different, and it has snowflake designs on it, so there's that.

Her pose is pretty simple, but it plays on Storm standing nonchalantly while summoning a little snow cloud to produce snow, which in turn creates a little snowman. A snowman that looks awfully familiar (more on that).

Doesn't that look like a real knitted beanie?!

Colors on Storm are awesome. The white for Storm's costume is a nice-looking shade, and it almost glows with it. The yellow highlights are well-painted, and the red and black X-Men logo also hits the same mark. No bleeding or major paint defects are noticeable, and this is especially appreciated against a mostly white backdrop. The added pale blue for her gloves and beanie is also a nice touch — it contrasts nicely against the white outfit and her dark skin. I do feel they could've used a different shade of white for her hair, but it worked out. Also, the snowflake motifs on her cape are nicely done, and it gives Storm a bit of a Snow Queen vibe.

She's got those white eyes that really works well against her dark skin. She's just goddess-like in every sense.

I like the Wolverine Snowman touch. It's definitely a good holiday spin coming from the Mistress of the Elements herself. I think a translucent plastic coming from her little storm cloud would've done a bit more to make this POP stand out more. Still, I'm glad they gave her this pose.

I only have one other Storm POP, and I'd say they're a good contrast from each other. All white and festive, all black and not-so-festive.

I'm going to need Funko to make more X-Men Xmas POPs, I swear. Though Wolverine standing next to Storm while Ororo makes a snowman version of him is a funny picture.

It's a good POP. A good addition to my growing Christmas POPs. Storm continues the consistency and definitely carries the holiday spirit. A recommendation for sure! In fact, the entire wave is.

Until Next Time!
