Snow cones?! The Yeti swears it's lemon-flavored! If I were Mike or Sully, I would've declined as well. But let's take a look at this POP that I gave my special friend, shall we?

This is actually the first Monsters Inc POP I got my hands on, I believe? A unique way to jump into the series. The Abominable Snowman is a fun little cameo, and his part in the movie/s are always a good laugh.

The Yeti in the Pixar Monsters, Inc. universe has a much friendlier look, and I’m all for it. His short appearance in the first movie was hilarious, and he made a strong impression despite limited screen time. This POP perfectly captures that friendly, huggable vibe. The sculpting on his body gives him those broad shoulders and giant face, while the plastic is textured to make him look soft and fluffy. He’s also sporting that big, welcoming smile that immediately makes you hear John Ratzenberger’s voice. It’s a simple but very well-done piece.

His pose is straightforward — he’s happily holding snow cones, ready to offer them to the next monster (or human) brave enough to visit. It’s simple, but it works perfectly.

Yeti is a pretty simple colored POP. He’s mostly white with grey tones on his face and hands, plus the bright yellow snow cones. The sculpting cleverly creates the illusion of shadowing and depth even without extra paint work, which I think is a smart touch. Overall, he’s cleanly painted with great color choices. A solid win.

Look at that friendly and happy face! Avoid those snow cones, though.

This is a nice POP. My friend really loves it, and it does its job well. It’s not extravagant, but it hits all the right beats and pays proper homage to the character and his memorable moments in Monsters, Inc.
A definite recommendation, especially for big Monsters, Inc. fans!
Until Next Time!
