Here’s another character I know very little about—but this POP was more or less picked up as a gift, so let’s jump straight into the review of Zoro from One Piece.

I will probably never get any of these, but One Piece's characters are interesting, especially with the way they are animated.

Zoro’s design in this season is awesome—between the outfit and the way the katanas rest at his waist, it’s a strong look. The clothing is sculpted really well, with wrinkles that feel natural and organic, and I especially like how his hand is casually resting on one of his weapons. There are a lot of small details that help this POP stand out, from the scar over his eye to the texture of his clothing and the sculpt of his hair. It’s a relatively simple POP overall, but it’s packed with thoughtful, fine detailing.

For a very active character, Zoro's pose for this POP is very neutral and, dare I say, at peace. I'm not complaining, however, since it does allow the collector to appreciate all the work put into him.

Zoro’s color scheme leans heavily into green, giving him an almost earth-toned palette. While most of his robes use a darker shade of green, his hair is painted in a lighter, seafoam-like tint, which creates a really nice contrast. The magenta highlights on his sash and the gold accents add a strong pop of color, giving the figure a well-balanced juxtaposition overall.
There is a minor paint defect along his hairline, but it’s easy to overlook given how clean and well-executed the rest of the paint work is. All things considered, the paint application here is a job well done.

If I were a fan of One Piece and this character, this POP would be an absolute must-have. There’s so much to appreciate here, and the execution is simple but sharp. The moment I saw it, I knew it would make an awesome gift—and I wasn’t wrong. I highly recommend this POP to anyone looking for a standout Zoro figure. You won’t be disappointed.
Until Next Time!
