The smart one in the group is here! Billy Cranston will always be one of my favorite Rangers because of... Triceratops! Yeah, Blue is not my color scheme, but his original Zord/Dinosaur spirit was awesome. With that said, let's see if his MMPR the Movie POP came out as awesome or does it leave us blue... (I'll stop now).

If it's not apparent, yes, we have the whole set. So the rest are up for review soon (we hope).

The Blue Ranger gets the same update for the MMPR the Movie. Armored look, the diamond designs are rearranged, and, of course, we get an updated helmet to line up with the new look. Billy's POP version of his movie appearance retains the same sculptwork that the others get with the armor platings and the updated helmet details. I keep thoroughly getting impressed with every POP I review from this wave.

Billy's pose ain't much, but it is a fighting pose. Maybe a pose with his Stega Stinger might've been more appropriate, but I'm not mad with this pose.

There's a slight paint mishap with the white diamond. Which is a bummer since it's been a pretty good streak with the other Rangers thus far. Oh well, the rest of the paint job and the colors are still up to par. That blue is vibrant as heck, and it really does stand out.

Going to be honest, Billy's helmet isn't as grand as the others from the front. Also, as you'll see below, next to OG MMPR Blue Ranger, his helmet had more going for it than the Movie version. A streak of silver does plenty.

The Blue Ranger, throughout the first three seasons, was Billy Cranston the entire time. So comparing his Classic POP Blue Ranger is a bit easier for my nerd self to compare. Again, the classic looks bigger and has the Power Lance, but the MMPR Movie version has the bells and whistles with his suit. Both good POPs.

From Triceratops to becoming a Wolf isn't exactly the worst thing, though I still prefer a hulking creature with three horns. As a POP, despite the paint debacle, it's still an awesome POP. Not a lot is going on with pose, but it does the job. Details are there and it's and I can still highly recommend. We would definitely not have the set without good ole' Billy Cranston in his spiffy armored Ranger suit!
Until Next Time!
