It's funny how this is my 3rd Captain America POP... well, 2nd if I don't include a Multiverse version of him. Regardless, this is a classic MCU Captain America outfit, and I actually feel like this is one of Cap's best-looking costumes during the glory MCU days. Let's see if this celebration POP lives up to the classic Captain America outfit.

Yes, this is an Infinity Saga POP. Not sure if I'm going to get Peggy, but she is a pretty awesome part of the MCU lore. I do have the other two so maybe in a distant future I might, but probably when she's in a bargain bin. I know, such a sin for Cap's lover.

He's a Bobblehead!

This costume for Captain America takes a lot of inspiration from the Ultimates look, and I think to put it on a modern lens, it fits just fine. It looks like a very colorful and less equipped soldier's uniform. Cap doesn't need as much gear since he's mostly using a pistol and a shield. The straps, the pouches, the helmet looking mask, it all looks solid, and it makes the '90s blush with all of those pockets. The First Avenger outfit's POP really does it some serious justice. Loving all those details, sculpted straps, etc. There's just a lot going on with all of that work, and I can't help but appreciate the thought. Too much to talk about, the picture can just talk for me.

His pose is nothing too crazy and nothing like the action scenes Cap was doing in the movies. Cap's shield is on the forefront, so the pose is doing its job. The overall posture lets us enjoy the sculpting on this guy. Overall, pretty happy with how he displays.

Steve Rogres dons the red, white, and blue, so it makes sense that this POP is going to have a whole lot of that. Loving the faded blue they used for his suit; his Avengers outfit gets a brand-sparking bright blue while his classic is a bit more worn out, less vibrant, and a bit more practical (?). His got a hint of red for the straps and some white, but the main course is the shield, which retains its colors in the most flashy way it is supposed to be. The colors are also executed well so there really are no complaints on my end.

I'd say this is a better POP than the Homecoming version; right next to Cap-Gwen, it does remind me how I was in dire need of a classic Captain America POP--comic or MCU version. Now I have him.

Is this a must-POP? For me, if this was the only Captain America POP I'd ever own from the MCU, I'd be pretty happy. There is one more MCU POP Cap I'd like to own, but this one does the job. Recommend? Yes. Simple, well executed, and accurate.

Until Next Time!
