Another Iron Man POP! And it's that 'split-identity' gimmick that I appreciate when it comes to POP. My special friend isn't too keen on it, but she DID buy me this for Christmas! So pretty excited for this! Let's go!

A bobblehead

The MCU did wonders for Iron Man's reputation and legacy. From a low B-list hero to a household name with billions in box office behind him, Iron Man is going to be a well-known hero from here on out—thanks mostly to the MCU.

This POP is a bit more (to me) than just a split-identity gimmick figure. It captures the full journey: from the first time Tony Stark ever had a piece of an Iron Man suit in front of him, to wearing the last suit he donned in the MCU-616 timeline. It's an amazing concept.

Beautifully sculpted to nail the details of both Stark and Iron Man. I love that Tony's holding the Mark I helmet along with his arc reactor—which, at the time, was literally saving his life! The transition between the two sides is super smooth, too.

There isn't much to talk about with the pose since it's a neutral stance, which is honestly all I can ever ask for from these kinds of split-identity POPs. While it's cohesive overall, the right side shows Tony preparing his very first suit of armor, while the left side depicts the man who has fully mastered it. It's a great juxtaposition that perfectly complements Tony Stark’s journey to becoming the Invincible Iron Man.

The colors are well done because you get two very completely looking color scheme. Stark is dirty, gritty, and vulnerable, while Iron Man's side is vibrant, polished, and sleek. The transition is well painted, both sides of the POP perfectly captures the look of Stark and ole Shellhead. The Mark I helmet on the end of Stark's tongs have all the paint details that makes it look rusty and old. A great little addition to the overall presentation.

The truth is... I am Iron Man.

Tony Starks and Iron Men. These are two of my favorite POPs of Iron Man that I have!

The Spider-Men are the reasons I started looking into this split gimmick POPs. While I don't find myself getting every single one that comes out, Iron Man was something I wanted.

THE SCENE that inspired the left side of the POP.

The movie does show Stark holding the helmet on his left side.

While I wouldn't call it a must-have, this POP definitely acts as a nice timestamp of Iron Man’s evolution throughout the MCU’s Infinity Saga. It has the standard details you’d expect, some really nice coloring, and overall, it’s a solid piece.

I love this POP. I was excited to get it as part of my 2025 holiday haul, and it’s another great addition to my Iron Man collection.

Until Next Time!
