Funko POP: Zeo Red Ranger

Stronger than before! Go Zeo! Other than the OG theme song, Zeo Rangers had one of the best! Then again, I haven't heard many of the other Power Ranger themes, so maybe I'm not one to talk. But as far as Zeo Rangers, the suit, and the lineup, I feel like they're worth talking about. It's also the first time Tommy really dons the color of leadership: Red. Let's review this POP now and see how it holds up, shall we?
I heard they're releasing the other Zeo Rangers next year. Huh. Am I really going to slow down POP collecting next year?
One thing that really stood out with Zeo Rangers is their helmets and the shapes on their helmet (distinct to each Ranger), and to me, the simplicity of their body suit, but still full of details if one really looks closely. The gold trims on the gloves, belt, the chest, and the belt, they all have decorations on them that are simple, but definitely add depth to the single color-dominant look; for Tommy's case, the gold decorations break up the red with the white quite well.
The pose is pretty cool! Zeo Red isn't doing flips and Kiya-ing or something, but the way he stands there with his Power Sword out. Very simple stance but very effective, especially with the way Red is holding the blade with part of it touching his other hand. The design of the sword is on full display with the way it is held. I love his pose!
The coloring is also a beautiful thing. The shiny red helmet, bouncing off the cloth, matted red, truly reminds me of the show. The clean detailing on the belt and the trims looks really nice. Just a clean paint job.

It is said that the Zeo Ranger form is the strongest form the original MMPR have... I don't know, but I do know that it looks a bit festive with these three.
Funny enough, I prefer the White Ranger form, but I've learn to appreciate Zeo Ranger's design over the years.
Yeah, this one is a must. For any Power Ranger fan/Tommy Oliver fan, this is a perfect POP addition to your collection. Great pose, awesome pose, that sword! My Special Friend and I love this thing! Go get yourself one!
