POP: Scarlet Spider (Kaine) - Walgreens Exclusive

Another Scarlet Spider?! Yes, it's another Scarlet Spider POP. Part of my Spiderverse POP collection, so it makes sense why there's another one of him. This one came a few years prior, so this one is older. So how is this compared to the most recent Scarlet Spider POP? Let's find out!
What a simple round-up for this wave! I am going to avoid getting too many Spidey villains since that'll just open up another wormhole of POP collecting that I can't afford right now.
I've mentioned before that I love this design for a Spider-Man character. I prefer it on Kaine, of course, since the first clone knows how to make edgy cool again. My previous review of another Scarlet Spider POP should've told you how much I love this design. As far as this POP, it's got the same amount of details we got from the last. And that's not a bad thing at all! Of course, this one's getting webbing since he is in a web-slinging pose, and it looks fine. All in all, there is no complaint with the details.
The web-slinging pose is just fine, to be honest. He looks pretty good in that pose, and it's not a 'standard' look for this kind of pose, but it is something that Spider-Man has done... I see it as something any Spider-Men will do. No complaints.
That red and black look is always nice. As a POP, he looks just fine, and there are no defects in my copy, so I'm pretty happy.
Right next to this standard Spider-Man, he looks pretty darn good. Will always prefer Kaine Parker's suit over Parker's classic.
The two are pretty similar to each other. I love the consistency. There is that slight difference in the black lining around his neck and chest, but it's not something I'm going to complain about.
The Superior Spider-Man costume is one of my favorites. Put that next to Scarlet Spider and the red and black goodness, and we have a formula for awesomeness.
Of course, my favorite mainstream look for Pete is the Symbiote suit. Next to a red and black Spider-Man, this image just touches every nerdgasm for me!
Yeah, who can't love that outfit? Who dares not make this guy an MCU headliner? WHO? In the meantime, he is reduced to costume swaps and merch.
Is this a must? No, not at all. Is it for me? Yes. Between this and the new Kaine Parker Scarlet Spider POP, I'd say I'd prefer this, but the two are so different in pose that it's hard to say which one is for everyone else. All in all, unless you are a huge Kaine Parker fan, there's no use in having two. But this one is a nice POP. Got all the standards that Funko is known for with their POPs. I love this and it's a must for me!
