Funko POP: Deadpool (w/ claws)

A Deadpool & Wolverine POP! Well, just Deadpool but with Wolverine’s claws. You know this one! This is iconic in its own right. That infamous intro! Yeah, that’s right! So without any more delays, let’s take a look at this Deadpool POP, shall we?

This is a gift to my girlfriend! Yes, she's also a Deadpool fan!

Accurate to the movie. There’s texturing all over the figure — the mask has that classic woven look, and the costume is loaded with details. Holsters, pouches, straps, and the little bits of gear Wade put together are all sculpted on. The claws are a standout too; you can see how they’re attached and wrapped around his hands, matching the movie. The eye sockets and mask details are clean as well. Overall, the sculpt does a solid job of capturing the look from that scene.

He just snikt’d the claws and now he’s in battle mode. It’s a feral stance — arms out, body angled, ready to go. The pose sells the moment without overdoing it. Simple, but effective for this version of Deadpool.

His color scheme is mostly red and black. There are hints of white in the eyes and dark brown on the belt. The texturing does a lot of the heavy lifting for the color, making the red look less flat. The silver adamantium claws stand out nicely against the red and black. Paint job is clean with no defects on this copy.

Funny how the Deadpool with Zombie Headpool POP is the closest I have for comic book Wade Wilson.

Both from the movie. Seeing how well the texturing ended up with this Deadpool, I kind of wish I got the non-diamond for Lady Deadpool.

A very weird but fitting Deadpool variant in the mix!

The classic tag team of these two! Sure, this is not the same Wolverine, but it works!

This is a fun one, and it makes for a solid gift. The sculpt captures the movie look well — especially the claws and the extra gear details — and the pose feels like the moment right after he activates them. The red-and-black color scheme is clean and classic. My girlfriend’s a big Deadpool fan, so this one was an easy pick for her. If you’re into that Deadpool & Wolverine intro or just like the design, it’s an easy recommendation. Glad she has it.
Until Next Time!
