Funko POP: Bedlam

When I first had my sights set on Bedlam last year, I thought I was getting another Spider-Verse addition. When I finally picked him up, I realized he was actually another Symbiote—just one of Eddie’s many, many forms. Still, this is another POP from 2025, and he looks pretty sick. So let’s get into the review!

This is a special edition from Wintercon 2025. Honestly, he's a pretty obscure character, so for him to get a POP is something else. Is there a market for this guy? Not sure. But I bought him so... there's that.

’m not going to try to fully comprehend what the heck is going on with Eddie Brock during this story arc—but one thing I’ve gathered is that this four-armed guy is none other than Mr. Brock himself. In this version of Bedlam, he almost comes off as another Spider-Folk, just with four arms. He’s got some unique accents here and there, but overall, his patterns and designs are fairly straightforward.
His POP version captures those simple designs really well, which is honestly all we can ask for. I especially love how they managed to sculpt the four arms without it looking awkward or cluttered. There’s not much else to say—they made him look good, and they absolutely nailed the four-arm execution.

The way he’s posed is pretty neutral, but it works well for a Spidey-based character. With the four arms in play, his hand gestures still add plenty of dynamism and give collectors a chance to really take in the details. All in all, it’s a job well done.

Bedlam is already a win for me just based on the black-and-red color scheme, with red taking the lead since it covers most of the body. The red isn’t overly dark, but it’s bright enough to really pop. The white paint on the eyes, logo, and other details is also well done.
The real highlight, though, is the black paint across Bedlam’s body. It’s applied in a way that mimics shadowing, giving the figure a strong comic-book look. It even reminds me of late ’90s Marvel animated shows like Spider-Man and X-Men. All in all, this POP looks great, and the paint job does much of the heavy lifting.

From up close, it’s hard not to appreciate the shadowing—it really sells that comic-book style.

I swear, Eddie Brock can keep cycling through different Symbiotes, but nothing will ever compare to his OG suit: the Venom symbiote. Still, these two look great next to each other.

Another form of Brock from some time ago. Fun fact, this POP Anti-Venom has been in my collection for a while now. Most likely older than the Venom one from above.

Red Symbiotes! Both these POP Carnages just look extreme next to POP Bedlam.

A man—bonded with a Symbiote or not—who’s willing to take on two Screams definitely needs two pairs of hands. With that said, these POPs really paint a picture of the boss and his ladies.

POP Doppelganger was one of my personal favorites from last year—and honestly, it still is. Placed next to POP Bedlam, the two look amazing together. That said, Doppelganger obviously wins when it comes to the number of hands.
POP: Symbiotes & Monsters
Unlike most Symbiotes, he looks more like a Spider-Man character. Missing the eyes and the mouth! Still a cool design.

I’m very curious about this character, though I doubt I’ll pick up a comic to fully catch up. As a POP, he’s actually pretty solid, and the shadowing really helps him stand out. A must-have? No, I wouldn’t say that. Recommended? Definitely. I don’t regret having him in my collection at all—easily a good catch from 2025.
Until Next Time!
